Vianina Map for the 5th District of Vienna (Margareten) 

Commissioned by the 5th District of Vienna, it now decorates the foyer of the district office. Visitors can set aside their smartphones and embark on a journey of discovery through their district. 

I was thrilled about this project because I have a special connection to the 5th District. I spent my first four years in Vienna working in a graphic design office there. 

The map features all the highlights of Margareten, such as Margaretenplatz with the Margaretenhof, the Vorwärts building, municipal housing like Reumannhof and Metzleinstaler Hof, and the Filmcasino. This district is known as a working-class area and has around 54,000 residents.
