3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded only upon shipment confirmation or delivery of the goods.

4. Prices
All prices include applicable VAT and exclude shipping costs where applicable. The prices displayed at the time of ordering shall apply.

5. Payment
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, instant bank transfer and bank transfer. Goods will only be shipped after successful receipt of payment.

6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Current delivery times and shipping costs can be found on the “Shipping & Payment” page.

7. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Vianina e.U. until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions under Austrian law apply.

9. Liability
Vianina shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to personal injury or mandatory legal claims.

All illustrations, maps, texts, photographs and other content on this website are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution or use beyond the limits permitted by law requires prior written consent from Vianina.
