The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us, which is why we would like to inform you about our handling of your data. The Data Protection Declaration applies to the website of Vianina e.U. – however, it does not apply to websites controlled or operated by third parties. 

Contact with us 

If you contact us by e-mail, Whatsapp or via a contact form (chat and e-mail), the data you provide (your e-mail address, if you want: your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data produced in this context after storage is no longer necessary, or processing is restricted if statutory retention obligations exist. 

Use of Cookies 

In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard disk in the browser you use and through which certain information flows to the place that sets the cookie. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall. Please note that you may not be able to use all functions of this website by deactivating cookies. 

Use of Google Analytics 

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will reduce your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. As a result, IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form, so that a personal relationship can be ruled out. As far as the data collected about you is personal, it will be excluded immediately and the personal data will be deleted immediately. 

We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. We can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. Facebook Pixel 

Our sites integrate remarketing tags of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. If you visit our sites, a direct connection between your browswer and the Facebook server is established through the remarketing tags. As a consequence, Facebook will receive the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. This allows Facebook to attribute your visit to our sites to your user account. The information thus obtained can be used for displaying Facebook ads. Please note that, in our capacity as providers of these pages, we do not receive any information about the contents of the transferred data as well as their use by Facebook. Newsletter 

On our website, you have the possibility to subscribe to a free newsletter. If you have registered to receive our newsletter, we process the personal data provided by you. Your data will be processed and saved for the duration of your consent and deleted immediately in the event of revocation. The legal basis for processing your data is the consent given by you. 

Your rights 

You have the right to request information on the data stored about your person, the origin of these data, the recipients and the purpose of the storage of these data at any time. Furthermore and within the legal limits, you have the right to the correction, barring, rectification or deletion of your data.
