Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement by email or via our online withdrawal function:

Online withdrawal: You can also exercise your right of withdrawal directly online using the "Withdraw from contract" button. If you use this function, we will promptly send you an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice or online withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier. 

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. 

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
